How do I report an issue with published content?
Email [email protected] with the page URL and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge error reports within 1 business day and resolve them within 3 business days where technically possible.
How do I cancel my plan?
Email [email protected]. Monthly plans are month-to-month and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Quarterly plans run through the end of the prepaid quarter and do not renew if cancelled before the renewal date.
How is billing handled?
Fees are billed monthly or quarterly, in USD, via Stripe. See the Terms and Conditions for full billing details.
What if my brand isn't cited within 90 days?
Under the 90-Day Promise, if you request it in writing to [email protected] within 30 days after the Promise Period ends, and the commitment wasn't met, you receive a full refund for that period.
How do I make a privacy request?
